REFUND POLICY

Please note that I do not offer refunds for any services. However, I’m fully committed to helping resolve any concerns you may have within the first 48 hours. In the event you do experience an adverse reaction, I will providea complimentary lash removal.

LATE POLICY

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. For this reason I offer a 15-minute grace period for your convenience. If you anticipate being late, please let me know as soon as possible via text or Instagram message. Unfortunately, if you exceed the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will need to be canceled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all of my valued clients, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour period, a fee of 50% of the service will be applied.

If you’re feeling unwell, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment to ensure the well-being of both yourself and other clients.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

During the online appointment booking process on the square website, you will be prompted to provide your card information to secure the reservation. Please be assured that this is not intended to process any payment or hold a deposit. Your card will only be charged under two circumstances: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment or if you cancel within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

While cash is the preferred payment method, I do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards for your convenience. Please note that a 2.9% convenience fee will be added to credit card transactions.

Fill Policy

To ensure optimal results and efficiency during lash fills, it is important to have a minimum of 50% of your lash extensions remaining. In the event that less than 50% of the extensions are present, the service may be adjusted to the price of a full set. To ensure that your appointment is scheduled for the appropriate length of time, please book the fill option that aligns with the current condition of your lashes.

1 week “touch up” (60 minutes)- within 7 days of your last appointment
2 week (90 minutes)- 8-14 days since your last appointment
3 week (120 minutes)- 15-21 days since your last appointment

Please note that any appointments scheduled beyond 4 weeks will require a full set booking.

I ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS

• Complete the required consent forms at the beginning of your appointment.

• Arrive to your appointment without additional guests as space is limited.

• Arrive to your appointment free of any makeup and with a freshly cleansed face.

• Avoid consuming caffeine before your scheduled visit. Caffeine can potentially cause eye twitches and fluttering, making the lashing process more challenging.

• Refrain from any cell phone usage during your appointment as your eyes will be closed for the entire service.
